TODDLER YOGA (30 min):
A great time to start teaching your child about the body & exercise with this fun yoga session for children 2-3 yrs old. We'll practice basic & fun poses & games to develop balance & coordination. We'll also practice listening, playing with others, & quiet time. Child must be accompanied by an adult.
LIL' KIDS YOGA (30 min): Same as Toddler Yoga, but aimed towards kids 4-7 years.
KID'S YOGA (45 min): Same as Toddler Yoga, but aimed towards kids 8-16 years.
HAPPY HOUR YOGA (90 min): Treat yourself to this 60 minute yoga class followed by 30 minutes of wine, snacks, and good conversation. A perfect way to unwind after a long week. Appropriate for all levels. Class size limited to 5 people. Must pre-register.

Same as yoga, but with 90 minutes we have more time to warm the body and prepare it for deeper stretching and more bliss! Appropriate for all levels. Offered by request or as a special event.
PRE-NATAL YOGA (60 min):
This yoga class is the perfect answer to those mom's-to-be looking for a safe way to maintain muscle tone and flexibility while learning how to adjust to their growing bodies. For all levels. *Special Pricing* $12/class.
BABY & ME YOGA (60 min):
No need to find a sitter as you get to bring your baby with you to class for some added weight to use throughout your poses while enjoying a wonderful bonding experience. This class is for moms/dads & babies 6 wks-6 months old. For all levels.
