Real Fit Running & Walking Group
Working out with a group is always more fun, especially with RF Running & Walking Group! Get motivated and encouraged by fellow walkers and runners looking to burn calories and have fun! There will be a route given for each run with varying mileage available so you can always choose your distance for the day. Runs will be 30-45 minutes on the weekdays, and 30-120 minutes on select Sundays. As the size of our group increases, there will be several "packs" to choose from so you can walk/run at your desired pace with others. RF Running Group is for new and experienced walkers/runners, men and women.
