How do I get started?
You want to get a combination of strength training, cardio exercise, and flexibility training in your fitness routine and work up to 30-60 minutes of exercise most days of the week.
To get started, decide what class interests you the most by looking at class descriptions. Then look at the current group fitness schedule to decide what classes work for your schedule. Lastly, look at our pricing to help you decide how many classes you would like to take and how often.
