"I started coming to Real Fit Workout Studio with my children when they were toddlers. Laura offered a Toddler Yoga class and my kids LOVED it! Once I'd been to the studio with my kids a few times, I decided to try out the Adult Yoga classes myself. Because Laura limits her classes to no more than 5 people per class, it's like having your own personal trainer. She knows all of us on a first name basis, including where our strengths and weaknesses are and she modifies each of the classes to accomodate each individual.
