PILATES: Get long & lean muscles in this strength class that focuses on the core & glutes!
STRENGTH TRAIN AT HOME: Want to get the tools to strength train on your own at home? Come to this Strength Training class designed for beginners where you'll do the 30 minute workout, we'll go over the workout together, and you'll get a copy to take home with you. Get all the tools you need to be successful on your own!
SPIN: Burn mega calories as you spin on an indoor cycling bike to music in this fun & energetic cardio session!
YOGA: Gain strength, flexibility, & mind-body awareness in this flowing style class. This is the perfect class to help calm and quiet the mind while still giving you a workout!
RESTORATIVE YOGA (90 min): This class is perfect for anyone feeling overwhelmed or stressed from everyday life, training for an upcoming event, suffering from a specific injury, or for anyone who wants to experience 90 minutes of relaxation. In this class you will rest in postures completely supported by bolsters and blankets. This style of yoga gives the body an opportunity to relax and release stress by calming the nervous system. INTRO TO YOGA: This is a great place to start your yoga journey. You'll learn basic yoga philosophies and breakdown beginner poses at a slow and relaxed pace. This class is offered by request.
SENIOR FITNESS: This class is designed for active seniors over the age of 65 years old looking to get a fun, effective workout! This 60 minute class includes cardiovascular exercise, strength training, balance and flexibility training. While a sturdy chair will be available to sit on or hold onto for balance, participants should be able to stand unsupported for short periods of time.
FIT-N-FUN KIDS (45 min): Start teaching your child about the benefits of exercise with this interactive class for you and your child, ages 6-12 yrs. Together, you will play games, work on balance and coordination skills, improve strength and cardio fitness, and learn basis yoga poses. Offered the 1st Wednesday of every month.
FIT-N-FUN TODDLERS (45 min): This is an interactive class for you and your toddler to do together! You'll play games together, sings songs, develop balance and coordination skills, and more! This class is offered the 3rd Wednesday of every month. Ages 2-4.
1-ON-1 PERSONAL TRAINING & YOGA SESSIONS: This is a great option for those who want more 1-on-1 attention. I will focus on your specific goals during our sessions together. Choose from a 45 minute or 60 minute session. Appropriate for high school athletes looking for some sports specific training in the off-season, persons with developmental disabilities, someone who is new to exercise, or any person looking for that extra bit of attention. PRE-NATAL YOGA: This yoga class is the perfect answer for those mom's-to-be looking for a safe way to maintain muscle tone and flexibility while learning how to adjust to their growing bodies.
ZUMBA: Get ready to dance those calories away in this fun and energetic dance workout! You'll get an amazing workout while learning dance moves with guest instructor, Kimberley Sandberg. Time goes by fast class since it is more of a party than a workout!
