Real Fitness for Real People Bootcamp Butt Kickin' Series

This series is designed for physically active individuals who are ready to take their fitness and their bodies to the next level! I will push you, challenge you, and be working out right next to you the whole time! Take this series alone or in addition to the other classes you are taking for even better results!
Workouts will include:
-bootcamp style drills
-plyometrics and agility drills
-running (nothing over 3 miles)
-spinning
-cardio boxing
-strength training
-circuit training
-extreme core training
-and more!
Details:
-Workouts will be done at the studio and outside on local roads, trails, and at parks. You will receive an email the day before each class, letting you know how to dress and what to bring. We'll always start and end at the studio.
-I will take your before and after picture for extra motivation (optional).
-You'll set a reasonable weight loss goal for the month (between 1-8lbs). You'll receive a FREE nutrition log book for the month. We'll all keep a nutrition log to become aware of how many calories we are eating. I will be working with a nutritionist to recommend how many calories you should be eating to attain your weight loss goal for the month.
